about the photographer
My name is Hope Ramsey. I grew up in Flagstaff, Arizona and currently live in Phoenix with my wonderful husband, Bobby. Growing up I was very involoved in both 4-H and FFA where I showed large livestock at state and county fairs. My interest in Agiculture lead me to college in Oklahoma, where I graudated from a Junior College. After two years of being away from home I was ready to move back to Arizona and my family. I am currently a preschool teacher, which gives me lots of opportunities to photograph my favorite subject, chlildren! I am from a family of seven, so I've had plently of faces and special moments to photograph, inlcuding my neice and nephew. My real love for photography grew after purchasing a camera for our honeymoon in the Dominican Republic. After that, I have barely put the camera down! I love shooting outdoors and find that the natural light and surroundings create beautiful photographs.
